Leinster League Div 1B - Gorey J1s V Malahide

After all the Cup excitement, of 2 weeks ago, it is back to Leinster League Div 1B action for the lads with their penultimate fixture this Saturday evening at 7.30pm. Despite some recent setbacks League ambitions for the lads are still very much alive but a win against this Saturday's visitors, Malahide, is a must.
Gorey are currently in 3rd place, with only 2 points between them & 2nd placed Malahide, with the current League leaders Kilkenny a further 3 points clear. Kilkenny face a difficult trip away to Wicklow on Sunday so there could be a few more twists & turns as this League comes to an end.
There has been some cracking League & Cup rugby served up by the lads over the course of this season. The Malahide game is their last home League fixture. Their final League fixture is away to Carlow on 8/3. Between these is the not so small matter of a 2nd Round Towns Cup fixture away to Clondalkin. Do yourselves a favour and get out and see some really entertaining local rugby live. Give the boys huge support on the night & the lift they need for their upcoming away challenges.
