Gorey RFC Your Club
This Saturday, 29th January, Gorey RFC will host one of the most important games for many years at home to Ashbourne in a crucial league game.
Unfortunately our senior team who are competing in Leinster Division 1A have had a tough year.
They are a young team and have suffered greatly over the last two years with hardly any rugby. They got back playing Sept 21 and were full of ambition to do well.
But from the start injuries have halted that progress. It was not just a few injuries, we had up to 12/15 injuries.
As Director of Rugby I am asking you to bring your sons, daughters, mothers and fathers to the club this Saturday.
We are a proud club and want to stay in Division 1A for the future, for your kids to compete at the top table. It’s where we belong.
Kick off for J2’s is 1pm while our J1 ‘s kick off at 2.30
