New Ross edged a classic U17 2nd round Leinster Cup match at Gorey on Saturday. In a game which was twice at level pegging they eventually prevailed by 3 points.

Towns cup. Gorey away to Longford
Gorey travelled the long distance to Longford for the 1st round of the towns cup. Gorey only travelled with 18 players but each player put there body on the line for 80 minutes as Gorey were unlucky not to come away with the win.
